BTG2 Antibody (MA5-26944) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded carcinoma of human lung tissue. To expose target proteins, heat-induced epitope retrieval by 1mM EDTA in 10mM Tris buffer (pH8.5) at 120°C for 3 min. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a BTG2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-26944) at a dilution of 1:150.

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the BTG/Tob family. This family has structurally related proteins that appear to have antiproliferative properties. This encoded protein is involved in the regulation of the G1/S transition of the cell cycle.
