uPA, Pai-1, and panCK expression in FFPE breast cancer tissue

A human breast cancer FFPE section was stained with gene specific target probes to detect urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA, green), plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 (Pai-I, red), and panCK (cyan) mRNA expression, and counterstained with DAPI (blue). The image was obtained using a 40X objective on Zeiss Axio imager and taken/composited with a Nuance FX multispectral imaging system.
