Separations with more flexibility
Thermo Scientific SmartFlow pumping technology includes automatic compensation for changes in eluent compressibility to ensure flow and gradient precision, independent of eluent composition and backpressure. The pump can operate up to 1000 bar and is available in binary, quaternary, and dual-gradient options.
Accurate sample handling
Thermo Scientific Vanquish Split Sampler FT offers outstanding speed and injection precision using Thermo Scientific SmartInject technology. It has a default vial capacity of 216 samples, which can be extended up to 8832 samples with the Thermo Scientific Vanquish Charger sampler extension.
Intelligent system tools
Two optional components are available to improve productivity, ensure compliance, and keep laboratories running smoothly. The Vanquish Solvent Monitor tracks solvent levels to prevent dry solvent channels and waste spills. Meanwhile, the touchscreen Vanquish User Interface provides visual monitoring of the system status.

Biocompatible, easy and reliable tool-free connections
The fluidic pathway of the Vanquish Flex UHPLC system is fully biocompatible and fitted with Thermo Scientific Viper fingertight fittings, which support near-zero dead volume connections and enable sharper peaks and tool-free setup.
CDS software
The Vanquish Flex UHPLC system integrates with Thermo Scientific Chromeleon Chromatography Data System (CDS) with compliance tools, networking capabilities, automation, and data processing. We offer standard instrument integration (SII) packages to connect Thermo Scientific HPLC systems to other CDS and MS software programs.
