ANKHD1 Antibody (PA5-116602) in WB
Western blot analysis of ANKHD1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with ANKHD1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-116602) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

This gene encodes a protein with multiple ankyrin repeat domains and a single KH-domain. Co-transcription of this gene and the neighboring downstream gene (EIF4EBP3) generates a transcript (MASK-BP3) which encodes a fusion protein comprised of the MASK protein sequence for the majority of the protein and a different C-terminus due to an alternate reading frame for the EIF4EBP3 segments.
