Western Blot analysis of Beta Lactoglobulin using a Beta Lactoglobulin Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97512) at a concentration of 2 µg/mL. Lane 1: Bovine milk Beta-lactoglobulin at 0.1mg/ml. Lane 2: Bovine milk Beta-lactoglobulin at 10µg/ml. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:15,000 dilution. Observed band size: 18 kDa.
