CAND1 Antibody (A302-900A) in IP
Detection of human CAND1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAND1 antibody (Product # A302-900A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. CAND1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CAND1 antibody A302-901A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CAND1, A302-901A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

靶标信息
CAND1 enhances transcription from various types of promoters. It is a regulatory protein that interferes with the assembly of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) ubiquitin ligase complex and thereby down-regulates ubiquitination of target proteins. CAND1 prevents neddylation of CUL1 by physically blocking access to the neddylation site. CAND1 disrupts interactions between CUL1 and SKP1A and between CUL1 and F-box proteins.
