CTAG1B Antibody (PA5-142447) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of CTAG1B in A549 cells using CTAG1B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142447). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, and incubated with the primary antibody for 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).

Target Information
The protein encoded by CTAG1B is an antigen that is overexpressed in many cancers but that is also expressed in normal testis. This gene is found in a duplicated region of the X-chromosome and therefore has a neighboring gene of identical sequence.
