E-Syt1 Antibody (A303-361A) in IP
Detection of human E-Syt1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-E-Syt1 antibody (Product # A303-361A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. E-Syt1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-E-Syt1 antibody A303-362A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated E-Syt1, A303-362A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
