EVI5 Antibody (A300-874A) in IP
Detection of human EVI5 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EVI5 antibody BL3340 (Product # A300-874A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. EVI5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-EVI5 antibodies BL3341 and BL3342 (Product #A300-875A), which recognize downstream epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated EVI5, BL3342 was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
