Flow cytometry of FRMD6 in A431 cells (Blue line). The cells were blocked with 10% normal goat serum, and then incubated with rabbit anti-FRMD6 Antibody (Product # PA5-143995, 1μg/1x10^6 cells) for 30 min at 20°C. DyLight®488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (BA1127, 5-10μg/1x10^6 cells) was used as secondary antibody for 30 minutes at 20°C. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, human PANC-1 whole cell, human CACO-2 whole cell, rat PC-12 whole cell, mouse Neuro-2a whole cell. IHC: human rectum cancer tissue. ICC/IF: A431 cell. Flow: A431 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene interacts with signaling pathways to coordinately regulate cell growth, cell proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy, and cell migration. This tumor suppressor also enhances retinoblastoma 1 gene expression in cancer cells. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.
