Gastrin Antibody (PA5-99275) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Gastrin in human Stomach tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Gastrin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99275) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Target Information
This antibody may be used to study the differential tissue expression and intracellular and subcellular localization of gastrin in neuroendocrine cells of the gastrointestinal tract, and in the CNS. Antibodies to gastrin are also useful for the identification and detection of gastrin in normal and neoplastic tissue.
