HES7 Antibody (PA5-73023) in WB
Western blot analysis of HES7 in mouse C2C12 lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide and 3) NIH 3T3 lysate. Samples were incubated in HES7 Class antibody (Product # PA5-73023) using a dilution of 3 and 6 µg/mL followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.
