Influenza A HA Antibody (MA5-51859) in ELISA
ELISA binding curves of Influenza A HA Recombinant Human Monoclocal Antibody (Product # MA5-51859; blue line) and isotype control (Product # MA5-47751, anti-fluorescein; orange line) to an ELISA plate coated with Influenza A HA [A/Hong Kong/483/97 (H5N1)] at a concentration of 2.5 µg/mL. A 3-fold serial dilution from 3,000 to 0.0169 ng/mL was performed using MA5-47751 antibody. For signal detection, a 1:4,000 dilution of a HRP-conjugated anti-human IgG antibody was used.

This antibody binds hemaglutinin of most group 1 influenza viruses. CR6261 recognizes a highly conserved helical region in the membrane-proximal stem of HA1/HA2.
