MGAT5 Antibody (MA5-24325) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of MGAT5 in immersion fixed MCF‚7 human breast cancer cell line. Samples were incubated in MGAT5 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24325) using a dilution of 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membrane.
