1X10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 µg CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human NICN1 (CL488-67328, Clone:5B7G6) (red), or 0.4 µg Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (CL488-66360-3, Clone: K11B8C4B5) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Target Information
This protein encoded by this gene localizes to the nucleus and is expressed in numerous tissues including brain, testis, liver, and kidney. Computer predictions indicate that this region of the 3' UTR contains hairpin-forming self-complementary sequence which is possibly excised after transcription. This gene has a pseudogene on chromosome X.
