FIGURE: 1 / 2
This monoclonal antibody CSTEM30 reacts with human Neuroligin-4, X linked, also known as NLGN4X, NLGN4, Neuroligin-4, and Neuroligin 4X.
Applications Reported: This CSTEM30 antibody has been reported for use in immunocytochemical staining and flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: This CSTEM30 antibody has been tested by immunocytochemistry on formaldehyde-fixed and permeabilized human IPSCs, and by flow cytometry on human iPSCs. For immunocytochemistry, this can be used at less than or equal to 5 µg/mL. For flow cytometry, this antibody can be used at less than or equal to 0.125 µg/test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test.

Neuroligin-4, X linked (also known as NLGN4X, NLGN4, Neuroligin-4, and Neuroligin 4X) is a postsynaptic cell-adhesion molecule that interacts with presynaptic cell-surface neurexins. These interactions bridge together the synaptic cleft and have an essential role in synaptic transmissions between neurons. There are 5 neuroligin genes in humans: NLGN1, NLGN2, NLGN3, NLGN4X, and NLGN4Y. Mutations in NLGN3 and NLGN4X are linked to Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The expression of neuroligin-4, X-linked has been reported on human pluripotent stem cells.
