Validation of the Neuropeptide S Receptor in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the Neuropeptide S Receptor (NPSR) were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-NPSR antibody (7TM0302N) at a dilution of 1:1,000. Note, NPSR forms stable multimers.
