Western blot analysis was performed on Tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Rat Brain (Lane 1) and Mouse Brain (Lane 2). The blots were probed with Anti-NOGO-66 Receptor Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Product # 720193, 1-2 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.4 µg/mL, 1:2500 dilution). Target Information
NOGO (RTN4R) is a receptor for RTN4, OMG, and MAG. Its signaling mediates activation of Rho and downstream reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton. NOGO also mediates axonal growth inhibition and may play a role in regulating axonal regeneration and plasticity in the adult CNS. In addition, NOGO acts with RTN4 and LINGO1 to regulate neuronal precursor cell motility during cortical development.
