Detection of human PDAP1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PDAP1 antibody (Product # A304-651A) (lot A304-651A-1) used for WB at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Target Information
PDGFA-associated protein 1 (PDAP1) is a phosphoprotein that may upregulate the PDGFA-stimulated growth of fibroblasts and also downregulate the mitogenicity of PDGFB. PDGFA in rodents has been shown to bind PDGFA with a low affinity.
