PEX16 Antibody (68261-1-IG) in WB
Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68261-1-Ig (PEX16 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 and incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control.

Target Information
PEX16 is required for peroxisome membrane biogenesis. It may play a role in early stages of peroxisome assembly and can recruit other peroxisomal proteins, such as PEX3 and PMP34, to de novo peroxisomes derived from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). It may function as receptor for PEX3.
