PLA2G2D Antibody (PA5-48132) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of PLA2G2D in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human pancreas tissue. Samples were incubated with PLA2G2D polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48132) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Target Information
PA2 catalyzes the calcium-dependent hydrolysis of the 2- acyl groups in 3-sn-phosphoglycerides. L-alpha-1-palmitoyl-2- linoleoyl phosphatidylethanolamine is more efficiently hydrolyzed than the other phospholipids examined.
