PPP1R21 Antibody (A305-825A-T) in IP
Detection of human PPP1R21 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PPP1R21 antibody A305-825A-M (lot A305-825A-M-1) used for IP at 15 µl per reaction. PPP1R21 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PPP1R21 antibody A305-824A-M. For blotting immunoprecipitated PPP1R21, A305-824A-M was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
