PSF1 Antibody (A304-169A) in IP
Detection of human PSF1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PSF1 antibody (Product # A304-169A) (lot 2) used for IP at 3 µg per reaction. PSF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PSF1 antibody A304-170A. For blotting immunoprecipitated PSF1, A304-169A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Target Information
The yeast heterotetrameric GINS complex is made up of Sld5 (GINS4; MIM 610611), Psf1, Psf2 (GINS2; MIM 610609), and Psf3 (GINS3; MIM 610610). The formation of the GINS complex is essential for the initiation of DNA replication in yeast and Xenopus egg extracts.
