Pertuzumab Antibody (A02150-40) in ELISA
The potency of Anti-Pertuzumab Antibody (1A3) (GenScript, A02150-40) at blocking Pertuzumab binding with Human HER2 recombinant protein was tested using ELISA. The coating antigen was Pertuzumab at 1 µg/mL concentration. The final concentration of HER2 recombinant protein was 200 ng/mL. The anti-Pertuzumab antibody dilutions started from 30 μg/mL. IC50= 0.387 µg/mL was observed.

Product Specific Information
Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
Competitive ELISA recommended dilution: 1-15 µg/mL
The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20 °C from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8 °C or for up to 12 months at -20 °C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
