RPGRIP1L Antibody (PA5-100049) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of RPGRIP1L in HepG2. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C) incubated with RPGRIP1L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100049) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 at a dilution of 1:600.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene can localize to the basal body-centrosome complex or to primary cilia and centrosomes in ciliated cells. The encoded protein has been found to interact with nephrocystin-4. Defects in this gene are a cause of Joubert syndrome type 7 and Meckel syndrome type 5. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
