Western blot analysis of TMEM160 in HT-29 cell line, mouse brain tissue lysate (from left to right). Samples were incubated with TMEM160 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49405) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates at 20 µg per lane.
