Detection of human TMTC3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer.Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMTC3 antibody A305-776A-M (lot A305-776A-M-1) used for IP at 8 µl per reaction. TMTC3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TMTC3 antibody A305-775A-M. For blotting immunoprecipitated TMTC3, A305-776A-M was used at 1:400. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
