TSNAX Antibody (MA5-55763) in WB
Western blot analysis of TSNAX in various protein samples (Lane 1: 15 µg of MCF7 lysate, Lane 2: 15 µg of HeLa lysate, Lane 3: 15 µg of HEK-293 lysate, Lane 4: 15 µg of SK-OV-3 lysate). Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, followed by peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TSNAX band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary TSNAX monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55763) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.

Target Information
This gene encodes a protein which specifically interacts with translin, a DNA-binding protein that binds consensus sequences at breakpoint junctions of chromosomal translocations. The encoded protein contains bipartite nuclear targeting sequences that may provide nuclear transport for translin, which lacks any nuclear targeting motifs.
