WDR6 Antibody (A305-828A-T) in IP
Detection of human WDR6 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WDR6 antibody A305-828A-M (lot A305-828A-M-1) used for IP at 15 µl per reaction. WDR6 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-WDR6 antibody BL23711. For blotting immunoprecipitated WDR6, A305-829A-M was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.

WDR6 is a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD), which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation.
