How to select the right food microbiology testing tools

How to select the right food microbiology testing tools

Originally hosted by New Food Magazine in February 2022

Selecting a testing method is often a conundrum

How do you establish what the most important method performances criteria are among such a long list of accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, trueness, limit/probability of detection…?

What is the scope of method and the validated scope by certification bodies?

Which type of testing should be used to make sure the method is fit for purpose for the lab and its routine samples?

If you’re sick of puzzles and want clear, expert advice, listen to this recorded presentation where you’ll hear from expert Wendy McMahon as she offers tips and tricks that benefit from her years of experience in the field.

Following her presentation, Wendy sits down with Mars Inc.’s Jérôme Combrisson for in an insightful one-on-one discussion followed by audience Q&A session.
