Fluorescent detection of immunodetectable bands
iBright Prestained Protein Ladder (loaded at 3 µL) and A431 cell lysate (3-fold serial dilutions starting at 15 µg) were separated using SDS-PAGE on Novex WedgeWell 4-20% Tris-Glycine Mini Gel, 12-well (Cat. No. XP04202BOX) and blotted onto a nitrocellulose membrane using the Pierce Power Blotter (Cat. No. 22834). The blot was probed with HSP90 alpha Polyclonal Antibody at 0.2 µg/mL (Cat. No. PA3-013) followed by incubation with 0.2 µg/mL Goat anti-Rabbit (H+L) Highly Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor Plus 680 (Cat. No. A32734). Fluorescent image was acquired using LiCOR Odyssey CLx. The iBright Prestained Protein Ladder shows positive control of western blot detection on 30 kDa and 80 kDa bands.
