MMM cell plasma membrane staining using CellMask™ Green Plasma Membrane Stain

MMM cells were loaded with 1X CellMask™ Green Plasma Membrane Stain in Live Cell Imaging Solution for 5 minutes at 37°C. Cells were then washed with Live Cell Imaging Solution and imaged every 10 minutes for 100 minutes at 200X magnification. Shown are images taken 10 and 100 minutes after dye loading and washes.
