UltiMate nano LC

1998

The LC Packings UltiMate™ is a fully integrated micro-scale high performance liquid chromatograph. The system uses micro-HPLC columns, nL/min to µL/min flow rates and a unique flow cell for the most sensitive UV detection.

It provides superb sensitivity, reproducibility, separation efficiency, and ease of use. The UltiMate system is fully controlled by Chromeleon CDS.

Typical applications include the analysis of proteins and peptides, pharmaceuticals and their metabolites, and amino acids.

Switchos II

2000

The Switchos™ II Advanced Microcolumn Switching Unit is an advanced switching system for use with micro-HPLC systems.

A broad range of applications can be performed using micro-column switching with the Switchos II including sample preconcentration, sample cleanup, multi-dimensional separations (2-D separations), desalting, and selective extraction.

Switchos II is configured with an LC Packings UltiMate™ Micropump and is normally used with the LC Packings UltiMate Capillary HPLC System.

Probot Nano LC MALDI

2001

Probot enables on-line collection of Microliter and Nanoliter fractions eluting from capillary and nano LC systems with the highest reproducibility.

Collection is possible on a wide variety of substrates, such as MALDI targets, PVDF membranes, well plates, and microchip structures. Additionally, the instrument can pipette or dispense samples and reagents. Probot’s versatility allows it to handle almost any MALDI target from any vendor.

Dual gradient nano LC

2003

The UltiMate™ Plus Dual-Gradient pumping system combines a capillary LC pump for the first-dimension separation, and a nano LC pump for the second-dimension separation.

Both pumps are capable of delivering a ternary gradient and are equipped with automated flow calibration. With precise flow rate measurement they deliver reproducibility, digital intelligence, and excellent reliability.

Dual gradient Summit System

2004

The Summit® Dual-Gradient HPLC system can be used for all standard analytical methods as well as advanced chromatographic techniques requiring two pumps, such as two-column tandem operation, 2-D chromatography, or on-line sample preparation.

Precious bench space is conserved because all components neatly stack in the Summit system tower.
