About This Kit

Human Wnt-9a quantitates human Wnt-9a in serum, plasma, supernatant. The assay will exclusively recognize both natural and recombinant human Wnt-9a.

Target information

WNT9A is a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. Probable developmental protein. May be a signaling molecule which affects the development of discrete regions of tissues. WNT9A is likely to signal over only few cell diameters.
