The Thermo Scientific MarqMetrix All-In-One Process Raman Analyzer delivers reliable Raman data in real-time. You can use this solid-state analyzer across a variety of applications and with many sample types including solids, liquids, gases, powders, slurries, and heterogenous mixtures.
About the size of a textbook and with the ability to operate on its side, this small analyzer saves you valuable space; it’s easily installed anywhere from a crowded lab bench to process cabinets.
The MarqMetrix BallProbe Sampling Optic technology utilizes an exclusively sourced, high-grade spherical sapphire lens. The short focal length of the spherical optic allows for simple TouchRaman Immersion Technology sampling. Users simply touch the probe to the sample and collect reproducible spectra of liquids, solids, slurries, powders, and heterogeneous mixtures. The MarqMetrix BallProbe Sampling Optic allows non-specialists to collect high-quality data and eliminates user-to-user variation.

Constructed from Hastelloy C-276, this robust probe is designed to withstand exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme conditions such as high temperature, pressure, and corrosive conditions.
This probe is available in two standard diameters and various lengths for reliable sampling across rigorous environments.
Performance Probes
The Thermo Scientific MarqMetrix Performance BallProbe Sampling Optic is built for moderate chemical environments in both laboratory and industrial settings. Featuring a large spherical sapphire ball lens and 316L stainless steel construction, it allows for easy and reproducible Raman measurements.

Bioreactor probes
The Thermo Scientific MarqMetrix BioReactor BallProbe Sampling Optic is purpose-built to monitor common bioreactor processes. Durable and autoclavable past 30+ autoclave cycles, this probe includes a standard Pg 13.5 threaded adapter for universal integration into bioreactor platforms such as the Thermo Scientific HyPerforma and DynaDrive bioreactor platforms.
Built from 316L stainless steel, this probe allows for easy and reproducible Raman measurements across all sizes of bioreactors in your workflow. It’s available in multiple lengths for analysis in any bioreactor system from benchtop to production volumes.

The MarqMetrix Single-Use BioReactor BallProbe Sampling Optic is specifically designed to monitor common bioreactor processes. This probe includes a standard Pg 13.5 threaded adapter for universal integration into bioreactor platforms such as the Thermo Scientific HyPerforma and DyndaDrive bioreactor platforms.
Built from 316L stainless steel, this probe allows for easy and reproducible Raman measurements across all sizes of bioreactors in your workflow in an easy to use single-use setup. The probe is available in multiple lengths for analysis in any bioreactor system from benchtop to production volumes.
This MarqMetrix Single Use BioReactor BallProbe Sampling Optic is ideal for biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing due to its accurate and reproducible measurements. The probe, which comes in tear-away bags, can be sterilized using an autoclave, steam-in-place (SIP), or EtO, or it can be incorporated into larger single-use systems and gamma sterilized. The sterile probe can easily be connected to the Raman system's fiber optic interface, enabling powerful real-time chemical insights. When the process is completed, the probe can simply be disposed of to ensure batch purity.

MarqMetrix Proximal BallProbe High Volume (HV) Sampling Optic
The Proximal BallProbe HV excels at sampling from a distance and taking measurements of in-motion samples with varying heights. The probe’s long working distance (100mm) can rapidly analyze samples on conveyor belts or rotating drums. Its large sampling area (3.5mm) effectively averages the sample as you take measurements.

This probe is ideal for samples in motion on conveyor belts and through clear physical barriers such as glass vials or windows. The specially engineered sapphire lens ensures a strong and clear Raman signal.
