Ovalbumin Antibody (PA1-196-HRP) in ELISA
Sandwich ELISA analysis of ovalbumin was performed by coating wells of an ELISA plate with an ovalbumin polyclonal antibody (Product ## PA1-196) at a concentration of 1ug/ml in carbonate/bicarbonate buffer (Product ## 28382) overnight at 4C. The plate was blocked with StartingBlock T20 (TBS) blocking buffer for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Ovalbumin protein (Product ## 77120) was added in triplicate at concentrations of 250, 125, 62.5, 31.3, 15.6, 7.8, 3.9, 2, and 1ng/ml, and incubated for 1 hour at room temperature. The plate was washed, an HRP-conjugated ovalbumin antibody (Product ## PA1-196) was added to each well at a concentration of 1ug/ml, and the plate was incubated for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Detection was performed using 1-Step Ultra TMB substrate (Product ## 34028). The reactions were stopped with 0.16M sulfuric acid, and absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450-550nm.
