TF-1 human erythroleukemia cell line grown in the presence of Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF)

The biological activity of EGF was tested in culture by measuring its ability to stimulate proliferation of TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells. After a 72-hour treatment with EGF, cells were incubated for 2 hours with WST8 and read at 570/630 nm.
