L292 cell line grown in the presence of Tumor Necrosis Factor A (TNF-a)

The biological activity of TNF-a was tested in culture by measuring its ability to stimulate proliferation of L292 cells. Cells were treated with TNF-a and Actinomycin D for 20 hours, and read at 450/630 nm.
