Endogenous phosphatase activity in the zebrafish brain, localized with the ELF 97 Endogenous Phosphatase Detection Kit (E6601). Enzymatic cleavage of the ELF 97 phosphatase substrate yields a bright yellow-green–fluorescent precipitate at the site of enzyme activity. The image was acquired with a bandpass filter set appropriate for the ELF alcohol precipitate.
