TypeStream Visual NGS Analysis Software 3.2 Key Features

This update offers new functionality and multiple feature enhancements. A few key highlights are:

• Windows 11 compatible. Previous OS versions also supported.
• New auto-update feature alerts users when new catalog or library files are ready for import.
• Knowledge base articles and training videos available on the One Lambda website can now be accessed directly within TSV.
• New product support:
  • AllType Rapid in RUO mode¹
  • HybriType in RUO mode¹
    • Supports analysis of ABO, non-classical HLA-E, F, G, H, J, and MICA and MICB (available in the RUO mode only)¹
• New Copy Number Variation (CNV) tool provides information on the number of copies of each allele per locus. This tool provides information on the relationship between heterozygous, homozygous, hemizygous and nullizygous results (available in the RUO mode only)¹
• New tools enable comparison within and across samples (available in the RUO mode only)¹
