For Use With (Equipment):
TRACE 1300 and 1600 Series Gas Chromatographs

Enjoy excellent sensitivity and response stability for the most demanding sulfur applications, as well as for phosphorous or tin determinations. The Thermo Scientific™ iConnect™ Flame Photometric Detector (FPD) has an extended operating temperature range and dual wavelength capabilities to further expand its applicability. This detector is for use with Thermo Scientific™ TRACE™ 1300 and 1600 Series GC systems.

Reduce downtime, simplify maintenance, and enhance GC performance

iConnect injectors and detectors redefine GC and GC-MS flexibility and usability. In two minutes, without training or tools, you can replace these modules to:

  • Reconfigure your system for a specific workflow or method
  • Perform maintenance off-line, maintaining instrument uptime
  • Make better use of resources by sharing injectors and detectors between TRACE GC systems

The iConnect Flame Photometric Detector provides a specific response towards sulphur-, phosphorus-, or tin- containing compounds depending on the installed optical filter, and is easily interchangeable with other iConnect modules. A Dual-Tube configuration is possible by mounting two different optical filters for simultaneous specific detection.
