Phosphorylating phosphoramidite can be utilized to achieve phosphorylation of the 5' oligo terminus (also known as Phosphate-ON or Chemical Phosphorylation Reagent (CPR)). Chemical phosphorylation is a cost-effective substitute to enzymatic methods (via T4 kinase and ATP), allowing efficient introduction of terminal phosphate groups. Oligos with a 5'-phosphate are conducive to a number of various applications utilizing the ligation of oligos to each other, such as NGS adapters, cloning, and gene construction. This product is supplied in a 30 mL amber bottle with a 28-400 Finish neck style, which is compatible with most MerMade Systems of oligonucleotide synthesizers.
