Description

p-Anisidine is used in the production of azo dyes. It is also used for biochemical research and in organic synthesis. Further, it is used for detecting unsaturated aldehydes. It is also employed in food quality testing. In addition to this, it is used in the preparation of 1-methoxy-4-trans-styryl-benzene by reacting with vinylbenzene.
