Applications
This chemical is used for the determination of cerium, titanium, phosphate and nitrite with the spectrophotometry. It′s also used in the manufacture of thiazine dyes, oxazine dyes, drugs, etc.

Solubility
It is soluble in alcohol, ether, glycerol, acetone negligible in benzene, chloroform, petroleum ether.

Notes
Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Hygroscopic. Light sensitive. Keep away from Strong oxidizing agents, Strong bases, Acid chlorides, Acid anhydrides.
