Applications
DL-α-Tocopherol is used as an antioxidant that protects cell membrane lipids from oxidative damage.

Solubility
Miscible with chloroform, vegetable oils,  ether, acetone and alcohol. Immiscible with water.

Notes
Store in a cool place. Incompatible withstrong oxidizing agents.
