CCDC124 Antibody (A301-834A-T) in IP
Detection of human CCDC124 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCDC124 antibody (Product # A301-834A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. CCDC124 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCDC124 antibody A301-835A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CCDC124, A301-835A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
