POROS GoPure HS chromatography columns are ready-to-use and designed specifically for use in clinical and commercial manufacturing. POROS GoPure HS columns are prepared and packed in an ISO Class 7 environment designed to allow all product contact materials to meet USP <88> Class VI standards.

Each column is accompanied by column qualification documentation including bioburden and endotoxin. Packed with POROS™ HS cation exchange resin, POROS GoPure HS columns offer high binding capacity over a wide range of flow rates.
