POROS GoPure Oligo (dT)25 chromatography columns are ready-to-use and designed specifically for use in clinical and commercial manufacturing. POROS GoPure Oligo (dT)25 columns are prepared and packed in an ISO Class 7 environment designed to allow all product contact materials to meet USP <88> Class VI standards. Each column is accompanied by column qualification documentation including bioburden and endotoxin. Packed with POROS™ Oligo (dT)25 resin, POROS GoPure Oligo (dT)25 columns offer high binding capacity over a wide range of flow rates.
