The Collibri PS DNA Library Preparation Kit offers higher confidence in SNP and INDEL calling due to better coverage of challenging genomic regions from a wide range of inputs (1 ng to 1 μg) of physically sheared double-stranded DNA, cfDNA, or amplicons (≤300 bp) of any species. The entire library preparation protocol takes about three hours with a PCR workflow. Additionally, a PCR-free version is available for inputs starting at 500 ng DNA.

The Collibri PS DNA Library Preparation Kit:
• Includes all necessary components in a single kit* for quick use
• Is empowered on miniaturization liquid handlers to cut on costs
• Provides in-process visual feedback for easier handling
• Is suitable for conventional automation to increase throughput

* The kit consists of enzymatic modification, size selection/clean-up, and indexed adapter-containing modules, except for the Core kit, which enables Collibri combination with desired indexed adapters.

The Collibri PS DNA Library Preparation Kit contains inert dyes that provide visual feedback of preparation progress: the reaction mixes change color in response to the addition of critical components at each step. The kit generates a consistently high yield of library from any amount of input DNA (including the PCR-free version), which is enough for library quantification   and sequencing on Illumina instruments.

Applications
The Collibri PS DNA Library Preparation Kit is recommended for:
Whole genome sequencing
• Resequencing
• De novo assembly

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Abstract
Targeted In Situ Protein Diversification and Intra-organelle Validation in Mammalian Cells.
Authors:Erdogan M, Fabritius A, Basquin J, Griesbeck O
Journal:Cell Chem Biol
PubMed ID:32142629
Engineered proteins must be phenotypically selected for function in the appropriate physiological context. Here, we present a versatile approach that allows generating panels of mammalian cells that express diversified heterologous protein libraries in the cytosol or subcellular compartments under stable conditions and in a single-variant-per-cell manner. To this end we adapt ... More

Authors:Lee YJ, Lin HT, Chaudhary MA, Lee YC, Wang DC
Journal:Int J Mol Sci
PubMed ID:34576011
Both the detrimental effect of prenatal exposure to di-(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate (DEHP) and the beneficial effects of physical exercise on brain functions have been reported. The oxytocin pathway has been implicated in the onset of maternal behaviors. Epigenetic modification of the oxytocin receptor gene (OXTR) through DNA methylation has been associated with ... More
