The Gibco CTS Rotea Single-Use Kit is part of the Gibco CTS Rotea Counterflow Centrifugation System. Each kit can perform a wide range of cell processing steps, making it ideal for wash & concentration, separation, isolation, and more. The single-use kit provides flexibility for process development and easily supports commercial-scale manufacturing. Each kit is compatible with sterile luer connectors or thermal welding.

These Sterilized Sample Ports for use with the kit enable collection of product samples during protocol execution, for process development. The sample port assembly consists of a needleless port joined with short lengths of PVC tube. The PVC tube is sealed to enable thermal welding. The sample port assemblies and PVC tubing are gamma-irradiated and individually packaged.
